We do not take appointment requests or cancellations by social media as we do not monitor these channels internally.
We’ve never charged cancellation fees for missed appointments, even though no-shows and very last minute cancellations have become more and more frequent over the years.
Like so many businesses, we have been deeply impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. When someone is a no-show for an appointment, it affects everyone involved, from our team member to our other patients and clients.
If you have booked a consultation or a treatment with us, just keep in touch and give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it. We fully understand that life throws us all a curve ball from time to time, and we will be fully sympathetic towards legitimate reasons for non-attendance.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No Show” will incur a charge as below:
-Loss of deposit paid
-Loss of treatment from the course purchased or a £25 charge
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our schedules filled.
Here at the clinic we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Patients and clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for the service scheduled. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made but can not be guaranteed.
Please note that all prepaid appointments, treatments or courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Gift voucher sales and product sales are also non-refundable. If a product is faulty we will happily replace it for you.
